FLAT Shipping 250 PKR will be charged on order with Cash on Delivery within Pakistan.

All orders may take up to 5-7 working days in regular days and during sales it will be delivered in 7-10 working days.

RETURNS:

All products purchased from Esteemage.com can be exchanged within 07 days of purchase only if:-

How long will shipping take?

Our standard shipping time is 3-4 working days.

How can I check the status of my order?

We Will Provide you with a Tracking Id through which you can track your order on the Courier Company's Website we Use.

What are the payment options?

We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards as well as cash on delivery (COD) for online purchases. As soon as you place your order, we will email you an invoice in PDF format.

What are your delivery charges?

We have a Standard shipping rate of Rs.250. We also have free Shipping on Order Above Rs.2499/-

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

If the product is unopened and not included in any promotions or discounts sales, we accept returns and exchanges for any items within 7 days of delivery. All of the original packaging and labelling must still be present on the items.

Can I cancel my order?

Before your order is completed or verified by our customer service team, you can cancel it at any moment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and text message with the tracking information as soon as the order has been sent.

What is my size?

For your convenience, we have size charts for every product on our website. Our sizes typically fit true to size, but oversized goods are noted with the product. Each product's size chart includes an inch conversion.
