⏳ Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

Once your order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

🚚 Cancellation After Shipment

If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refusing delivery may result in account restrictions.

💳 Cancellation for Card Payments

If you paid via credit/debit card, refunds are processed through PayFast as per their policies.
Please note: COD orders cannot be refunded, as no payment was made at checkout.
